3. Eligibility
To engage with our services, you must:

4. Vehicle Sales

Quotations are valid for 7 days.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required before ownership documents are handed over.

“As-is” clause: Vehicles are sold as seen unless stated in writing with a warranty.
5. Servicing & Repairs

Bookings should be made in advance.

Cost estimates will be shared before any work begins.

Service delays due to unavailable parts are not the responsibility of IRIHO IMIS MOTORS.

Repairs and parts may carry limited warranties as per supplier/manufacturer terms.
6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds on vehicle purchases are not provided once full payment is made unless under legal obligation.

Service appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

Provide correct and up-to-date information

Make full payment on time

Collect vehicles on time after servicing

Use products and services responsibly and legally
8. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for post-sale misuse, tampering, or failure to maintain a vehicle.

We are not responsible for customs delays on imported vehicles.

No liability is assumed for loss of use or incidental damages.
9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved first through dialogue.

If unresolved, matters are referred to courts in Lusaka under Zambian law.
10. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be made available on request or via communication channels (SMS/email).
